Arthur joined the Chambers in 2010 following successful completion of his Pupillage. In addition to a broad range of advisory and research work, he regularly appears at trial and on application in different levels of Court.
Arthur is developing a practice in Chancery and Commercial law, having a strong interest in claims involving trusts, and is experienced in dealing in claims relating to fiduciary duties, as well as those concerning third party liability.
In addition, Arthur frequently acts and advises in general commercial disputes, and has handled claims raising issues of civil fraud, insolvency, shareholder rights, partnership, banking, copyright, trademarks, arbitration and breach of contract. He also has experience in property disputes, conflict of laws, trusts & probate, landlord & tenant, building management, and personal injuries.
Besides his practice as a barrister, Arthur also contributes to publications for LexisNexis, as well as teaches part-time at the City University of Hong Kong.
