Jenny joined the Chambers in 2014 following completion
of her pupillage with Mr. Philip Dykes S.C., Mr.
Hectar Pun S.C., Mr. Caesar Lo, Ms. Jennifer Tsui
and Mr. Victor Gidwani.
Jenny is developing a broad civil practice with
particular interest in public law, matrimonial
and personal injury matters. She has appeared
at various levels of courts and statutory bodies,
including the High Court, the Family Court, the
Magistrates’ Courts and the Torture Claims Appeal
Jenny teaches part-time at the University of
Hong Kong, and serves as the honorary legal advisor
to the Association of Women With Disabilities
Hong Kong. She is also a member of the Hong Kong
Bar Association's Special Committee on Constitutional
Affairs and Human Rights.
Prior to joining the Bar, Jenny worked at UNICEF
Geneva and Amnesty International Hong Kong.
